Building Envelope Lead - Luxury Hotel Project

Bouygues Construction SA is seeking an experienced Building Envelope Manager for a luxury hotel and residential complex located in the Cayman Islands. You will lead the building envelope trades, ensuring watertightness, quality and compliance while managing a ~$100 million budget and a team of four site engineers.

Candidates should have 10+ years in construction management on complex, international projects, and be proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
