Building & Construction Project Leader
Location: Portsmouth
Rate: £40 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35 (37 hours a week)
Contract: 18 Months, likelihood of extension
UK Nationals only due to nature of project.
Role Specifics
The ideal candidate will be a strong Project Manager with proven construction experience , capable of leading complex projects with confidence and clarity. Additional desirable attributes include:
- SMSTS or CCNSG certification
- NEBOSH experience
- Ability to attend site as required
- Experience working client-side as well as contractor-side
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Defence-sector experience highly preferred
