Budget Analyst

Summary These positions are located at a National Park Service unit and are responsible for performing a variety of substantive budgeting functions. Responsibilities As a Budget Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Prepares, recommends, and justifies the allocation of funds. Reviews and analyzes financial plans and summaries prepared for comparison of budgets to allowances. Establishes and maintain current and functional control records of allocation and authorizations. Formulates and establishes effective and sound control procedures to ensure control of obligations. Provides technical and policy guidance to customers and leadership.
