BTO Projects / Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator /M&E Coordinator ( Main Con / General Building )

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in M&E.
• M&E Certificate preferred.
• Min 2-4 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects.

• In charge of all M&E matters such as sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security, and lift.
• Liaise with appointed and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works comply with requirements.
• Coordinate all M&E works, including monitoring of work progress.
• Read and review M&E drawings.
