Summary: Responsible for broking new and renewal business, handling all aspects of the placements from initial market selection through policy delivery to client. The Broker/ Senior Broker focuses on the largest and most complex placements, while serving in a leadership capacity to mentor and develop staff while cultivating strong insurer and insurer-client-broker relationships.
