Brokerage Products Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Achievement of broking sales and business targets, key objectives, and key results such as net new account growth, overall revenue, average monthly trades, TAT and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Execute strategies for profitable development of business, enhancing brokerage products.
• Design, implement and manage performance of digital marketing campaigns with new and existing clients, targeted at acquiring new customers and driving usage of HSBC WorldTrader.
• Liaise with contact centres and branch staff to promote usage of HSBC WorldTrader.
• Deliver commercial growth in line with HSBC FRP, focusing on growing market share of the total addressable market (TAM) of active self‑directed traders.
• Be familiar with the HSBC WorldTrader platform services and ensure clients can execute self‑directed transactions.
