How you will create an impact
Focused to generate new business opportunities and strategies through a correct pipeline management.
Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers and other related business partners.
Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers to increase our new business and reinforce the relationship with them.
Constantly communicate our underwriting appetite and value proposition during the different meetings with each broker.
Salesforce: Keep updated the Intelligence Profile and Broker Plan of the brokers of the assigned portfolio to align our strategies to those of each broker, as well as identify target portfolios.
Will be a key element to achieve the AIG’s strategic growth for the next years.
