Bricklayer

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in bricklaying and general multiskilled repairs

* Ability to complete responsive repair work orders efficiently

* Competent in using a tablet to update jobs and order materials

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)

* Must have own battery-powered tools

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a range of brickwork and associated repairs

* Deliver high-quality work in occupied and void properties

* Accurately complete work orders and request materials digitally

* Ensure work is completed in line with safety and quality standards

* Reliable and self-motivated individual

* Strong customer service skills when working in tenants’ homes

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours & Pay

* Monday - Friday

* 08:30 - 16:30

* Starting paye rate range: £20- £23 P/H
