Brewing Team Leader-1

Key Purpose of this role

Lead operational shift teams to meet production performance target.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Check that the team, in accordance with work instructions and maintenance schedules, carries out mandatory maintenance tasks on shift.
• Ensure the Brewing Process Artisan conducts running repairs, calls for additional resources when needed, and communicates outstanding work to the Maintenance Planner.
• Verify that the Brewing Process Artisan coaches, mentors, and transfers maintenance knowledge to the Brewing Process Operator, and assists with autonomous maintenance.
• When maintenance issues are escalated to the Team Leader, coordinate guidance and call in additional resources if required.
• Ensure the SBU adheres to quality standards, and verify routine quality checks and analyses are performed per work instructions.
