Brewing Process Operator: Craft Quality & Efficiency Shift

The South African Breweries Ltd in Prospecton Brewery is seeking a Brewing Process Operator for full-time work. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the brewing and associated process areas, ensuring quality control checks, and coaching team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, a National Diploma, and at least 12 months of on-the-job training in a brewing or process-controlled manufacturing environment.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, PC literacy, and the ability to work as part of a team.
