We are seeking
an experienced and motivated Breast Surgeonto join our General Surgery team at Christchurch Hospital.This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist breast
surgical services across the Canterbury region, managing both benign and
malignant breast conditions within a well-established multidisciplinary
framework. You will work closely with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists,
breast care nurses, and allied health teams to provide comprehensive,
high-quality care across the patient journey.
The role includes elective and acute surgical
responsibilities, participation in multidisciplinary meetings, and contribution
to service development, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives. You will
be part of a collaborative surgical department with strong support for
innovation, education, and research.
