Vacancy Description

Bakers at 180 Degrees Catering and Confectionery have the sole responsibility of preparing and producing all bread products and laminated dough products sold at the facility. They must at all times perform their duties according to the standards implemented by the company and follow the recipe to the letter. Bakers must also complete all the delegated tasks before the end of their shift and make sure that all stocks are filled for the next shift.



Duties

 Ensuring that the daily bakery range is made to a high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner.

 Mixing, shaping, proofing, baking and finishing high quality breads.

 Mixing, laminating, cutting, shaping, proofing, baking and finishing high quality laminated dough products.

 Cleaning bakery machinery, equipment, storage and preparation areas.

 Keeping the bakery area safe for staff and customers alike.

 Accurately following recipe formulas and weighing ingredients....
