Brand Reputation & Community Manager

SPS Commerce is seeking an External Relations Manager to monitor and engage online conversations about our brand, manage reviews across platforms, and coordinate with Legal, PR, Product, and Customer Success teams. This role focuses on protecting and strengthening our public reputation through thoughtful responses and data-driven insights.

The position is based in Rogers, Arkansas with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence two days per week.
