Brand & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the Elevated Concepts portfolio, including Avli by tashas, Bungalo34, Galaxy Bar, and Ouzeri, spread across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Red Sea, and Bahrain. Works closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategies into effective campaigns, activations, and communications that strengthen brand awareness, increase guest engagement, and support commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Management & Campaign Execution – Execute annual marketing plans, manage marketing calendar, coordinate integrated campaign execution across digital, social media, PR, CRM, partnerships, and experiential channels.
• Content & Communications – Develop creative briefs, manage workflow among stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers; ensure brand‑compliant guest communications and support CRM email initiatives.
