About the Company
Oscilar is building the Agentic Risk Platform™ for banks and fintechs. Our platform enables financial institutions to manage fraud, credit risk, compliance, and onboarding decisions in real time using modern AI infrastructure and agents. Oscilar was founded by Neha Narkhede, co‑creator of Apache Kafka and co‑founder of Confluent.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch innovative brand marketing programs to increase visibility and reputation
- Own flagship initiatives such as the Risk Leaders of the AI Era program
- Partner with Communications to amplify announcements, product launches, and customer stories
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reinforce positioning and category leadership
- Work with the Events team to create memorable conference experiences
- Leverage AI extensively to increase the speed, quality, and scale of marketing execution
