Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $21.50/hr Support Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition initiatives to develop and implement recruitment marketing materials to attract non-exempt/hourly talent. Responsibilities for this position will include the following: • Create content specifically for non-exempt/hourly audience. All communications and marketing content created will heavily support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) attraction and retention.
• Continue to build out non-exempt/hourly toolkit items for events and onsite needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hourly sites to identify employees to highlight in recruitment marketing materials.
• Field requests from Sales and Service and Manufacturing Talent Acquisition leaders with questions or recruiting support.
