A leading contract manufacturer and brand owner to the personal care and cosmetics sector is currently hiring for a new addition to their team.
Having recently acquired a small, growing brand as part of their portfolio, they are looking for a Brand Manager to come on board (Hybrid role) at their site near Royston.
With experience within NPD / Brand management / marketing within the personal care and cosmetics industry, you will take ownership of the portfolio across shower, bath, body, skincare and haircare.
What you will do:
Product Development
* Developing new bath & body products (shower gels, body lotions, scrubs, gifts etc.)in line with retailer needs
* Managing end-to-end NPD process (idea > formulation brief > testing > launch)
* Working with fragrance houses, packaging suppliers, and manufacturers
* Creating product briefs based on trend and consumer insight
* Ensuring compliance (cosmetics regulations, safety assessments, INCI ...
