**THE POSITION**

+ Strong customer focus, understand market trends and support customer needs.
+ Good engagement experience widely in KA, KOL and KA commercial key decision-maker.
+ Good product knowledge & experience of swine portfolio.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

+ Drive Sales Performance & Market Growth – Monitor sales, market share, and profitability against targets, adjusting strategies and tactics to maximize business performance.
+ Strengthen Customer Engagement & Field Effectiveness – Spend significant time in the field with sales teams and customers to understand market trends, customer needs, product performance, and provide technical support.
+ Manage Forecasting, Supply & Inventory – Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, collaborate with Supply Chain Management on inventory planning and safety stocks, and monitor product expiration to minimize write-offs and obsolescence.
