**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The **Brand Manager** is responsible for driving the successful performance of assigned product(s) by leading the development and execution of the local brand strategy and Integrated Customer Plan (ICP), in close collaboration with MIDIc and the local cross-functional brand team. The role is accountable for achieving sales and market share objectives, managing the promotional budget, ensuring launch excellence, and delivering customer-centric activation plans aligned with evolving market needs.
