Responsibilities

Translate Cluster marketing plan into local strategy and activities, work with cross functional team to execute these activities to deliver brand strategic objectives, financial objectives.

Provide impactful omni-channel customer engagement experience:

• Collaborate with Cluster, local Cross functional team and vendors to develop educational campaigns for customers including consumers, pharmacists, doctors, key accounts... and/ or localize Cluster campaigns.

• Effectively maintain/ develop omni-channel engagement eco-system for brand

• Work closely with distributor field force to develop and ensure executional excellence of educational tools including detailing aids, campaigns for field force, supporting solutions for field force to effectively engage with customers. Lead development of promotional campaigns targeting bot...
