You lead the development and execution of IKEA Thailand's visual identity, ensuring that every customer-facing communication reflects our brand values and creative standards.
- Lead and safeguard visual identity execution across campaigns, channels and customer touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy into clear art direction, creative frameworks and visual guidelines
- Develop and deliver inspiring visual concepts that strengthen IKEA's brand position
- Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs, including digital, media, CRM and offline communications
- Review and approve visual materials to ensure alignment with IKEA brand identity, tone of voice and objectives
- Guide and manage creative agencies, designers and production partners to deliver high-quality work
