We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Branch Sales Officer to support the growth of our bancassurance business across Metro Manila. In this field-based role, you will work closely with partner bank branches, Relationship Managers, and financial institution partners to drive insurance sales, provide product support, and strengthen branch engagement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
-With 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or bank-based financial services.
-Experience working with or supporting bank branch networks is an advantage.
-Preferably with Non-Life Insurance experience.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple branch accounts.
-Willing to do field work within Metro Manila.
