The role reports to the District Manager (DM) and supports district‑wide initiatives to enhance safety, profitability, effectiveness, and operational performance.

Job Summary: The Branch Operations Manager leads branch teams, providing strategy, roadmap, and analytics to increase market share, customer loyalty, and efficiencies. The BOM delivers branch‑level performance, manages safety compliance, provides performance coaching, oversees revenue and cost control, and partners with leadership on reporting and presentations.
