As the Streamwood Branch Manager, you will lead a team of employees and oversee all branch operations. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced banking professional that is forward-thinking, collaborative, has a successful business development track record, good sales acumen, and a passion for employee development, coaching, and team engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch profitability performance including financial key performance indicators, market share & competition analysis, and contribution margins of the branches for income.
