Position Overview

Lead a high‑performing branch. Inland Plastics Ltd. is seeking a driven, hands‑on Branch Manager to lead our Mississauga operation. This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can make sound decisions, and knows how to build accountability, momentum, and strong customer service. You will oversee branch operations across the warehouse, shipping, production support, inventory, customer service, and administration while working closely with senior leadership across North America. This position includes a six‑month probationary period during which performance, suitability, and overall fit will be assessed.
