Job responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Strategy: Lead branch team to achieve financial targets for deposit mobilization, Islamic asset financing, and cross-selling bank products.
• Shariah & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all branch operations, financing arrangements, and client contracts strictly adhere to Shariah guidelines and central bank regulations.
• Credit Assessment & Portfolio Quality: Evaluate and approve credit applications, verify business cash flows, and manage recoveries.
• Branch Operations & Service Quality: Oversee daily counter operations, cash management, and operational efficiency to ensure fast processing times and service standards.
• Internal Controls & Audit Preparedness: Maintain zero tolerance for fraud, enforce internal policies, and keep the branch audit-ready at all times.
