The Opportunity

SF Partners is working exclusively with a growing legal services organisation to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for their Derby branch. This hands‑on operational leadership role is responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the branch, leading a team of Legal Advisors and Administrators to drive productivity, service quality, client satisfaction and revenue growth. The role requires a highly visible presence within the branch, coaching colleagues, observing client interactions, reviewing performance and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
