Branch Manager

Hynds is looking for an experienced, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Cambridge branch. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team — all while championing a genuine safety-first culture.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you'll take full ownership of branch performance across your territory. You'll set the strategic direction, manage the P&L, and ensure your team delivers excellent service, every day. You'll report to the Regional Manager and work closely with Dispatch, Finance, Procurement, and Support teams to keep the branch running smoothly and profitably.
