What You Will Do
- Promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products and increase market share in a branch context.
- Provide sound financial advice and a high level of client service.
- Create opportunities for client optimisation and cross‑selling of value‑added products.
Sales Delivery
- Gain and maintain an in‑depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
- Understand the customer’s needs, financial goals and means, and provide the optimal product selection.
- Continuously update customers on new or changed products and incorporate implications on portfolios.
