Branch Care Coordinator – Corner Brook, NL

Location: Corner Brook, NL – Main St (361, 535). Branch: Respiratory Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen, and other respiratory services.
• Contact referral sources and customers to obtain further information and update electronic patient files.
• Facilitate administrative aspects of branch operations ensuring needs of internal and external clients are met.
• Provide friendly and helpful support to customers, directing telephone and walk‑in inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Provide information and educational material to prospective clients and assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory.
• Create walk‑in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostics, add to electronic scheduling system, and schedule follow‑up appointments.
