Job Overview

As a Branch Advisor you will provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk‑in and existing clients in a high‑volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and FNB governance.

Key Responsibilities Build and manage long‑term client relationships to support retention and growth. Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations. Educate customers to the correct banking platform aligned with their needs. Connect with customers by living up to our brand promise of “how can we help you?” at all times.
