EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably a graduate of any bachelor’s degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- With 1-2 years BPO experience
- Good spoken & written English communications skill
- Can be Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline, with at least 2 years of BPO experience.
- Must have 2 years’ experience as Trainer in a BPO setting with coaching and training.
