Overview
Join our team as a Trainer and help develop top-performing customer service professionals!
You’ll be responsible for leading training sessions, creating learning materials, coaching agents, and tracking performance outcomes.
You’ll also work with Operations and Quality teams to address skill gaps and ensure training goals are met—all while fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry
- Preferably with a retail background , but open to any customer service account
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Educational requirement: At least 2nd year completed / College Graduate
- Willing to conduct a demo session (based on the customer service approach provided by the team)
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City
