Business Performance
- Partner with the Boutique Director to execute the Boutique commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales, productivity and client development objectives.
- Monitor daily business performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to maximize conversion, average transaction value, cross‑selling and repeat business.
- Analyze client and sales performance to proactively identify business opportunities and market trends.
Client Leadership
- Lead the execution of the Boutique clienteling strategy, ensuring consistent recruitment, retention and development of VIC and High Potential clients.
- Foster meaningful relationships with local clients and contribute to positioning the Boutique as the preferred luxury fashion destination in Guadalajara.
