Boutique Operations Lead — Sales & Guest Service

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises, and administers the department’s operations efficiently; identifies the needs of the hotel’s boutiques (Main Boutique, Artisan Pop-ups) and their staff, with the aim of providing excellent service and increasing sales in accordance with the company’s philosophy and the department’s mission.
• Ensures compliance with sales and guest service procedures.
• Makes departmental purchases in a timely manner, ensuring that the quality of the products effectively meets the hotel’s requirements.
