Boutique Assistant Team Lead & Clienteling Coach

Buccellati is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager in Dubai to support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and to coach the boutique team toward excellent client experiences. You will lead CRM activities, drive clienteling, and help deliver luxury service standards on the shop floor.

You will mentor staff, oversee performance reviews, and ensure adherence to Buccellati Sinfonia while expanding local clientele through tailored outreach and events.
