Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and payments
- Facilitate all bookkeeping and accounting functions within QuickBooks
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and track business expenses
- Manage executive emails, calendars, and scheduling
- Coordinate administrative operations and monitor policy compliance
- Handle outbound calls to clients and stakeholders
- Manage comprehensive executive travel arrangements
- Assist with HR-related administrative support and onboarding
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar bookkeeping software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
