Job Summary

Join Tribal Wi-Chi-Way-Win Capital Corporation (TWCC) as a Bookkeeper reporting to the Senior Director, Finance. The role supports the financial management and reporting functions of the organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the Finance Department, especially within an insurance brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile insurance premium trust accounts and bank accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable for premium payments.
• Validate insurance claims and manage disbursements.
• Support month‑end closing processes, including posting journals, preparing deposits, and reconciling reconciliations.
• Prepare checks and payments, and record payroll entries and remittance of payroll liabilities.
