Bookkeeper

Overview

My client, a local accounting firm in Somerset West, is seeking to employ a bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Main function of this position will be to capture financial data from bank statements up to Trial Balance level, including debtors, creditors and cashbooks and reconciliations.

Requirements Matric Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Strong Excel Skills Previous experience in accounting practice advantageous Experience in computerised accounting systems such as Pastel or Sage Accounting or Xero Excellent written and verbal communication skill Own transport and license
