Bookkeeper

Well established company on the East Rand seeks a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Bookkeeping or similar qualification or studying towards will be advantageous Minimum of 2‑3 years relevant working experience Sound knowledge and understanding of full bookkeeping functions (up to and including Trial balance) Accounts receivable Accounts payable Reconciliations Credit management Fixed asset management Statutory calculations (VAT & TAX) Duties will include

Perform in accordance with all applicable procedures, principles, standards and laws. All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards. Aids the company within a designated area of responsibilities.

Debtors Function Creditors Function Cash sales function Credit management Month-end reviews VAT calculations TAX calculations Year-end and other audits Projects
