QUALIFICATIONS Min Matric 3+ years Bookkeeping experience RESPONSIBILITIES Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Complete the posting process by accurately entering data into the appropriate ledgers (Bank, suppliers, customer and general ledger). Verify that all transactions are correctly recorded. Bring the books to the trial balance stage, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the Accounting team to create and analyse financial reports. Enter data into MS Dynamics ERP and spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
