We are a well-established real estate company seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and administrative accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities- Manage the payroll cycle using Paychex Flex, including entering hours, reviewing reports, and addressing routine questions.
- Oversee vendor invoices, payment approvals, internal invoices, and posting payments.
- Perform entries and reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop to maintain accurate files and generate Profit and Loss statements.
