Bookkeeper - Part Time

Arcona Developments Ltd is looking for a Bookkeeper for their construction company based near Bunclody, Wexford.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Completing Payroll

Processing of subcontractor & supplier invoices

Monthly subcontractor & supplier payment runs

Posting of Supplier & Sub Contractor payments to accounts system

Monthly creditor & debtor reconciliations

Updating suppliers information

Communicate with suppliers & customers regarding invoices, credit control and other account matters

Monthly bank reconciliations

Vat Returns, P30 returns and RCT returns

Monthly balance sheet journals, prepayments, accruals, payroll & depreciation

Preparation of management accounts

Assist with cash flow projections & review

Preparation of year-end closeout, journals & year-end audit
