About the Role
Bookkeeper at Richter, a family‑focused business and family office located in Montreal, will support the full accounting cycle for our clients, providing financial insight and strategic advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare or review payroll calculations and basic reporting.
- Record month‑end journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements and trial balances.
- Perform HST/GST calculations and reporting.
- Compute and report deduction at source.
- Complete government reporting and filing requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma.
- Accounting or related work experience.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks; familiarity with Caseware, Caseview, Tax Prep...
