Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join the Lorraine, Port Elizabeth team.

Maintain the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Record and process financial transactions accurately in Sage Pastel Accounting. Perform monthly reconciliations including: Bank reconciliations, Supplier reconciliations, Customer account reconciliations. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are properly reconciled. Manage supplier invoices and payment processes. Prepare supplier payment runs. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate creditor records and ensure timely payments. Manage invoicing and debtor accounts. Monitor outstanding accounts and assist with credit control processes. Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up on overdue payments where required. Process monthly payroll using Sage Pastel Payro...
