Description: A BOM & Configuration Analyst job in Lititz, PA is currently available through Belcan supporting a leading entertainment and manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will have experience reviewing engineering drawings, CAD models, product structures, and Bills of Material (BOMs) within PLM and ERP environments. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and tracking BOM discrepancies, validating engineering releases, and ensuring alignment between CAD data, PLM records, ERP systems, and supply chain requirements. You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Configuration Management teams to improve BOM accuracy and manufacturing readiness. This is an onsite position supporting a critical initiative focused on reducing procurement delays, material shortages, revision mismatches, and shop floor interruptions.
