Body Shop Process Engineer: Drive Quality & Efficiency

Volkswagen Group Africa is seeking a Process Engineer in Body Shop to develop, implement and optimise manufacturing processes to achieve quality, volume, cost, and efficiency targets. The role is based in Body Shop - Production (Kariega).

You will drive continuous improvement, support process stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet departmental objectives while maintaining documentation and supporting audits.
