BMS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of automation technicians, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—IT, Engineering, and Operations—to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess automation effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards within the automated systems and operational areas.
• Proactively troubleshoot automation system malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective preventative solutions.

Qualifications
