LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne

We're looking for a BMS Engineer who will support the performance, optimisation, and reliability of Building Management Systems across client sites in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high‑quality Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) across multiple BMS platforms, including Trend, Tridium/Niagara, and Distech.
• Diagnose, recommend, and implement system improvements, remedial works, and optimisation strategies.
• Carry out surveys, proposals, quotations, and small works related to BMS upgrades and system enhancements.
