BMC Specialist

The objective of this requirement is to improve our current setup across ITSM CMDB Discovery and BMC Client Management (BCM) with a strong focus on IT Asset Management optimization and overall platform efficiency.

We are specifically looking for a resource with the following expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix / ITSM.
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB CI management and BMC Discovery
• Experience with BMC Client Management (BCM) including software deployment patching and device control
• Ability to design and optimize workflows approval processes and service templates (Incident Change Service Request etc.)
• Experience in dashboard creation reporting and analytics
• Capability to support ongoing enhancements issue resolution and automation
• Good understanding of ITIL processes governance and compliance requirements
